All of Sheridan's apprenticeship programs take place in state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the most current industry-standard equipment. You'll put theory learned in the classroom into practice on machinery and equipment similar to what you'll use in the workplace.
Ontario Skilled Trades
Trade up to a career in the skilled trades. Learn about over 140 trades, how to apply for an apprenticeship and find resources and funding to become a tradesperson.
Skilled Trades Programs & Careers in the Trades
Aren’t quite sure which specialty you want to choose - consider a pre-trades program. You will be exposed to a variety of trades, including construction, electrical and machining, and will also help you develop complementary skills.

Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program
Students have an opportunity to become registered apprentices and work towards becoming certified journeypersons in a skilled trade while completing their secondary school diplomas.
