The City of Brampton Economic Development and Tourism Office, in collaboration with BDC and The Brampton Board of Trade, are hosting the Brampton Food and Beverage Symposium on Thursday, November 17, from 8 am to 12:00 pm at the Courtyard Marriott.
Food and beverage businesses from Brampton and across the GTA will have the opportunity to meet with key representatives from processors, retailers, regulators, and associations, as well as government officials, advocates, academics and independent experts. The agenda allows for opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations, build strong business relationships, and hear about best practices and insights tapping into the tremendous potential of this sector.
The Keynote Speakers will include (Brampton-bred) celebrity chef and restauranteur Jason Rosso and Rick Matharu of Rick’s Good Eats Restaurant.
Other Symposium topics will include: Your Guide to Successful Food Marketing; From Table to Shelf; Workplace Development and Skills Training; How to Grow in Export Markets; and Government Funding Opportunities and Services.
