Our Site Selection Tool provides a listing of select industrial and office development and redevelopment properties that are either for sale or lease in Brampton. The sites listed here have a minimum size of 20,000 square feet or 10 acres for vacant land.
Through this map-based web application, you can focus your search by building type, sale price, lease rate, available square footage and more. You can also see additional information including railway crossings, airport location and highways in proximity to each property. Property reports include contact information (such as name, phone number and email), building information (such as the number of truck-level doors, ceiling height, and year built), zoning information and related marking sheet.
