This is the seventh annual Peel Halton Employer Survey. Last year over 800 responses were collected from local employers. This year’s survey aims to probe the impact of technological changes on local businesses in terms of employment, skill needs, talent management strategies, retirement and company culture. The main purpose of this anonymous online survey is to build a picture of the Peel Halton labour market from the employer’s perspective.
The survey link will be open from September 5th to October 6th. We encourage all Peel and Halton employers to complete this survey and give us meaningful insights to help plan a more robust workforce.
