The MDA Space Global Headquarters & Space Robotics Centre of Excellence, delivered in partnership with the Kaneff Group, stands as a beacon of Canadian innovation. Located in Brampton, this $200 million, 570,000 sq. ft. innovation campus anchors Canada’s leadership in space robotics and aerospace technologies.

- Purpose-built to support space robotics engineering, manufacturing, and R&D
- Strategically located near aerospace suppliers and major transportation corridors
- Enabled by Brampton’s Office Incentive Program, unlocking $2.5 million in cost savings

🏆 Industrial Investment Deal of the Year – Canadian Tire Brampton Distribution Centre
At 1.6 million sq. ft. on a 90-acre site, this landmark distribution centre was the largest industrial real estate transaction in the Greater Golden Horseshoe in 2024. Spearheaded by Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited (CTREL), Prologis, and Colliers, the project capitalizes on Brampton’s exceptional connectivity and logistics advantages.
