Whether launching a new product, expanding operations, investing in equipment or entering a new market, accessing Brampton business funding opportunities can help businesses turn their growth plans into reality.
Finding the right funding can be time consuming. Navigating programs, understanding eligibility requirements and identifying the right opportunities can take valuable time and resources away from running a business.
To make the process easier, the City of Brampton’s Invest Brampton – Economic Development Office, in partnership with Fundica, has launched a new Funding Search Tool to help businesses find funding opportunities aligned with their needs and growth plans.

Free to use, the tool helps entrepreneurs, startups and established businesses spend less time searching for funding and more time focused on growing their business.
Find the right support for your next move
From startups taking their first steps to established companies ready to scale, Brampton’s Funding Search Tool helps businesses find financial support to meet their goals, including opportunities to:
- Start and expand: Launch a business, develop new products or increase production capacity.
- Invest in innovation: Adopt new technologies, modernize equipment and improve productivity.
- Build your workforce: Access hiring incentives, employee training and skills development programs.
- Reach new markets: Explore export funding and support for domestic and international expansion.
- Strengthen competitiveness: Improve energy efficiency, modernize operations and support long-term growth.
By bringing together federal, provincial and select municipal funding opportunities, the tool makes it easier for businesses to identify programs aligned with their industry, stage of growth and investment priorities.
Less time searching. More time growing.
Finding potential funding opportunities starts with four simple steps:
1. Create a free account: Register using your business email.
2. Build your business profile: Provide basic information about your operations, industry and funding needs.
3. Explore personalized matches: Discover grants, loans, tax credits and other programs aligned with your business.
4. Take the next step: Review eligibility requirements and connect directly with funding providers to apply.
With personalized recommendations in one place, businesses can more easily explore potential funding sources and take the next step toward their goals.
Connecting businesses with more opportunities to grow
The Funding Search Tool is part of the Brampton Business Growth Accelerator, a two-year initiative led by Invest Brampton- Economic Development Office and supported by a $2.5-million Government of Canada investment through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
Through dedicated concierge support, the Accelerator helps businesses enter new markets, strengthen supply chains, access procurement opportunities and build strategic partnerships to support expansion and long-term competitiveness.
