Stellantis

Previously known for manufacturing the Dodge Charger and Challenger, the Brampton assembly plant is currently reassessing its product strategy in North America and temporarily pausing activities at the Brampton Assembly Plant.

MDA is a leading Canadian space technology company with significant presence in Brampton. Its global headquarters and Centre of Excellence for space robotics features state of the art labs, manufacturing, research and development, assembly and test facilities.

It also houses a unique Space Robotics Mission Control Centre, enabling MDA to provide critical on-orbit operations capabilities to commercial and government customers worldwide.

Magna International is a leading Canadian global automotive supplier that specializes in manufacturing automotive systems, assemblies, modules and components for major automakers like Stellantis, General Motors, Ford, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Tesla. Its footprint in Brampton spans across 8 facilities, employing more than 2,000 people.

A. Berger Precision Ltd. is a high-precision manufacturing company, producing complex, ready-to-install turned, milled and ground parts for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical and industrial equipment. The company is part of the Berger Group, which operates globally with facilities in multiple countries.

ALMAG Aluminum is a leading manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions for a wide range of industries, including automotive, construction and consumer goods. Spanning across five facilities in Brampton, the company has over 70 years of experience and established itself as a trusted name in the aluminum extrusion industry.

Alstom provides the largest range of solutions for mobility and public transportation, from trains to integrated systems, and digital mobility solutions to signalling.

Alstom’s Brampton facility is currently manufacturing LRTs that will be used on lines across the province, including the Hazel McCallion Line and Finch West LRT project.

Brannon Steel is a family-owned company, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality carbon steel parts. Roshel is a Canadian company specializing in the manufacturing of smart armored vehicles for commercial and government organizations. Globally headquartered in Brampton, Roshel is one of the largest producers of armored vehicles in North America, which is widely used by law enforcement, military, and private security firms. This $65M investment will create 500 advanced manufacturing jobs.

O-I Glass, Inc. (formerly Owens-Illinois) is a global leader in glass packaging, specializing in the design, production and innovation of glass containers. O-I is known for its commitment to sustainability, producing 100% recyclable glass containers and pioneering technologies like MAGMA, which enhances energy efficiency and reduces emissions in glass manufacturing.
