Physicians, employees and management of LMC Healthcare were thrilled to host the grand opening of the new LMC Brampton campus recently.
LMC Brampton is one of the first, fully integrated, multidisciplinary diabetes specialist centres of its kind in Canada – a tremendous resource for residents of Brampton and Peel Region who experience some of the highest rates of diabetes in the country.
While LMC has had a presence in Brampton for the past nine years, the new centre has expanded in size and scope. LMC Brampton now offers six diabetes-related services under one roof delivered by a team of 30 healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art, 11,000 square foot facility. With wait times of only 2-4 weeks, patients have one-stop access to highly specialized diabetes care, diabetes education, optometry, foot care & chiropody, diabetes pharmacy and clinical research.
