Tariff Action Plan 2025 Update Report

The City of Brampton continues to take a proactive stance on global trade.

This week, Brampton’s Committee of Council passed a motion in support of the Invest Brampton - Economic Development Office’s continued work advocating for and supporting local businesses affected by international tariffs.

Through the Tariff Action Plan, Brampton is helping companies respond to evolving trade policies, explore new markets and strengthen their supply chains for long-term growth.

The Tariff Action Plan update, presented to Council, outlines recent milestones and upcoming actions that reinforce Brampton’s leadership in creating a resilient, globally connected economy.
