OCE works in collaboration with Innovation Networks to connect Ontario-based industry to research expertise in Ontario to directly support the growth and development of ICT entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade provides programs to attract and retain business and economic development in the province of Ontario, through research and development funding, business advisory services, start-up programs for youth and skills development.
RIC Centre provides services to technology start-ups through a comprehensive range of services, including training incubation facilities and networking.
