CSJ is a Government of Canada program to provide funding to not-for-profit organizations, public-sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer full-time employees to create summer jobs for young people who are full-time students intending to return to their studies in the next school year.
These summer work experiences represent important pathways facilitating future transitions from school to the world of work. The program provides work experience for students, supports organizations and emphasizes respect for human rights and the needs and priorities of communities.
