Strategic sites. Dedicated support. Competitive incentives. A city built to move investment forward.

For companies planning their next investment, expansion or relocation, choosing the right location goes beyond finding available land or space.

Access to talent and markets, transportation infrastructure, development potential and speed to market all play a role in investment decisions.

The City of Brampton combines a strategic location with significant development opportunities and dedicated support to help businesses move from site selection to ribbon-cutting.

Strategically connected for growth

Recognized as one of Canada’s top 20 investment destinations by Site Selection Magazine, Brampton connects businesses to a labour pool of 4.3 million people across the Greater Toronto Area and provides direct access to more than 158 million consumers through 400-series highways, CN Intermodal Terminal and Toronto Pearson International Airport.

This connectivity puts talent, suppliers, customers and major North American and global markets within reach.

Investment-ready sites with room to grow

From advanced manufacturing and logistics to aerospace, defence, technology and health and life sciences, Brampton offers significant development and redevelopment opportunities across established employment areas.
